Our rehab program aims to provide affordable consistency, so that you can become the best version of yourself.

Exercise not only improves physical health but also reduces mental stress, enhances thinking and an overall improvement in our health! However, when life gets busy and the to-do list gets longer, you often unintentionally leave your recovery on the back burner – we get it. Despite overwhelming benefits, it can be a struggle to set aside time to care for our body.

But it’s no surprise that procrastination prevents progress...and that’s exactly why we’ve created the Reload Rehab Program! By encouraging you to commit to your twice weekly rehab sessions, you’ll experience more rewarding and consistent progress within a shorter timeframe.

Consistency is key

  • Physical activity contributes to preventing and managing diseases such as cardiovascular disease, cancer and diabetes.

  • Research shows that exercising twice weekly reduces chances of cardiovascular disease & mortality.

  • Research shows that muscle adaptation (growth and strength) are most apparent between 6 to 8 weeks.


What is in the Reload 6-Week Rehab Program?

Throughout the 6 weeks you’ll enjoy access to the following all at significantly discounted prices:-

  • Up to 2 rehab classes per week (MOVE or LOAD)

  • A 20-min Review/Discussion Session with your physio

    • Conducted at the conclusion of your 6-week Rehab Program to keep your recovery on track

      * To UPDATE your exercise program an additional 20 minutes will be required. This can be added on to the 20-minute discussion. Booking in advance REQUIRED.

  • $25 off all 40-min 1:1 physio exercise session.

    • May be used for program development or reviews.

    • Build supplementary programs for home or gym attendance.

  • $25 off AxIT Super Test session/s

    • To assess your current strength and performance to find the underlying reasons behind your injury or current issue

    • To visualise the progress you have made and/or need to make

  • 10% off all products, plus a FREE pair of Reload Pilates Grip socks (limited to 1 pair per person)

  • 10% off all Myotherapy or Remedial Massage sessions

  • FREE Reload Run Group attendance (clearance from treating physio required prior)

Based on your progress from the 6-Week Rehab Program, your physio will either approve your discharge or, depending on your progress through your rehab, may recommend a 2- week extension to ensure maximum results, or if you’ve suffered a more significant injury, another 6 week program may be required.

With your best interests in mind, any required next steps will be discussed during the 20-min progression session at the conclusion of your membership.


Rehab Program ‘Add-Ons’

Do you need a little bit extra to the standard Rehab Program? Maybe an Add-On is what you need?

Add-On options include:-

  • Extra Class- Upgrade to a max of 3 classes per week

  • Open Rehab Gym- Add unsupervised gym attendance to use our facilities on additional days when you are not in classes. *must comply with our Open Rehab Gym Terms and Conditions

    Speak to your physio or our support team if you think you need one of these Add-Ons.


Rehab Program Terms and Conditions

  • All classes will be billed at a fixed fee throughout the duration of your membership, with private health insurance item code 560 for claiming. A receipt will be provided upon request at the end of the program for all classes attended.

  • Unused classes will expire at the end of the term of the program.

  • An individualised MOVE and/or LOAD program must be developed by your treating physio prior to commencing either class (fee not included with program)

  • No membership pauses for the 2-Week Top-Up Rehab program

  • Membership pauses for the 6-Week Rehab program are for a minimum of 7 days and must be provided in writing with 7 days’ notice- email preferred to hello@reload.physio.

  • Missed class can be completed the following week as a catch-up session, but do not extend the duration beyond the term of the program(6 or 2 weeks).

  • Only the Progression Sessions (conducted at the conclusion of the program) can be completed beyond the end of the membership term at the discounted rate.

  • Subsequent Rehab programs must be discussed with your treating physio in the Progression Session prior to commencing a new 6 or 2-Week Top-Up Rehab Program

  • All monetary and percentage discounts are off full price services and products. No other discounts or concessions apply.
