Our pre and postnatal physiotherapy consults and exercise classes are individually tailored to your changing needs, and address common pregnancy related concerns including:

  • Back and hip pain  

Our physiotherapists are experienced at helping expectant and new mums maintain mobility, build strength, stamina and flexibility and assist you to safely return to movement whilst recovering from birth. We can provide you with personalised exercises that help restore posture, abdominal strength and improve your pelvic floor and provide manual therapy to ease your aches and pain.  

You have the option of exercising one-on-one with your physiotherapist or joining our Physiotherapist-led Bubs-In and Bubs-Out exercise classes with other expectant mothers and new mums. Bubs are welcome to join the Bubs-Out classes.
